The Super Falcons made a sensational comeback to defeat hosts Morocco 3-2 in a thrilling WAFCON 2025 Final on Saturday.
After trailing early, the Falcons rallied back with determination, sealing the win and reclaiming continental glory under coach Justin Madugu.
Nigeria now extend their dominance in African women’s football with a record 10 WAFCON titles.
“This victory means everything. We came here with a mission and we delivered,” said the team captain.
