Plateau Government Faults Military Over Failure to Arrest Killers of 27 Farmers

The Plateau State Government has faulted the Nigerian Army for failing to arrest or neutralise the killers of 27 farmers in the Tahoss community, Riyom Local Government Area, during Monday’s attack.

The government criticised the military for not apprehending the suspected killer herdsmen, despite reports that soldiers had established contact with the attackers during the incident.

The tragic attack has further heightened concerns over security lapses and the protection of farming communities in Plateau State.
