The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has criticised former Transport Minister Rotimi Amaechi over his alliance with the opposition coalition aiming to unseat President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election.
“Because you have left office, you are angry. You said Nigerians are angry. You want to come back to power; you won’t come back,” Wike said, directing his remarks at Amaechi during the commissioning of the rehabilitated Aguma Palace Road and New Market Road in Gwagwalada Area Council on Friday. The event was attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
