Arsenal Sign Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad in £55 Million Deal
Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Spanish midfielder Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, with the deal reportedly valued at around £55 million ($75 million).
Zubimendi, who recently lifted the Euro 2024 trophy with Spain, had been a transfer target for Liverpool and was also linked with a potential move to Real Madrid before completing his switch to the Premier League.
The highly-rated midfielder is expected to strengthen Arsenal’s midfield options ahead of the upcoming season under manager Mikel Arteta.
