Akwa Ibom Extends ₦20,000 Monthly Allowance to All Indigenes in NYSC Nationwide
The Akwa Ibom State Government has announced the extension of the ₦20,000 monthly allowance earlier approved for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members serving within the state to all Akwa Ibom indigenes serving across Nigeria.
According to details from the state executive meeting shared with the media, the initiative is aimed at cushioning living expenses and promoting the welfare of corps members from the state during their service year.
