Online privacy campaigners have filed fresh complaints against TikTok and two other Chinese-owned firms, accusing them of failing to comply with data access requests.
Austria-based privacy group Noyb (None of Your Business) lodged the complaints on Thursday, following earlier actions in January alleging that TikTok and five other Chinese-owned companies were “unlawfully” sending Europeans’ personal data to China.
