Oyo State Procures Two Aircraft to Tackle Illegal Mining and Insecurity
The Oyo State Government has announced the procurement of two aircraft to strengthen security and combat illegal mining, kidnapping, and other threats within the state.
The Commissioner for Information, Prince Dotun Oyelade, disclosed this in a statement issued after the State Executive Council meeting. He stated that the procurement reflects the government’s renewed determination to secure the state against the influx of bandits and the continuation of their activities.
