Peter Obi Vows to Deliver Good Governance in Four Years if Elected President
Opposition leader and former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has stated that he does not need more than four years to deliver good governance to Nigerians if elected president in 2027.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics programme, Obi reiterated his single-term proposal, emphasizing his readiness to set Nigeria on the path of progress within a single term in office.
“I don’t need a day more than four years. I will show the direction of good governance,” Obi said, while also confirming he would contest for president in 2027 and not as a running mate to any politician.
